Refund Policy
This policy explains Zavronix’s voluntary 30-day refund period and how it works with rights that apply under Australian law.
1. The 30-day refund period
You may request a refund for a Zavronix licence, edition upgrade or seat-pack purchase within 30 calendar days after the payment date. This voluntary promise includes change-of-mind requests made inside that period.
2. How to request a refund
Submit a request through Customer Support or email zavronix1@gmail.com from the address connected to the purchase. Include the workspace name, purchase date and Stripe receipt or order reference if available. Do not send card details or passwords.
3. What happens after approval
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank and card-network processing times are outside Zavronix’s control. When a licence or upgrade is refunded, the workspace is returned to the highest eligible paid edition that remains. A refunded seat pack is removed, so the workspace owner may need to reduce member access to remain within the resulting seat limit.
4. After 30 days
Zavronix does not promise a change-of-mind refund after the voluntary 30-day period. This does not limit any remedy that applies because the product or service fails to meet a consumer guarantee or another right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Consumer guarantees may provide a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or another remedy depending on the problem. Those rights cannot be removed by this policy or by the Terms of Service. The voluntary 30-day period operates in addition to those rights.
6. Contact
Use Customer Support or contact zavronix1@gmail.com with refund questions.
